Directory listing information

Surgeon listings are compiled from publicly available professional sources, including the U.S. National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry — names, practice addresses, phone numbers and specialties that providers publish for patients. If you are a listed provider and want your listing corrected or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

Information you send us

When you use a form on this site — messaging a practice, claiming a listing, or asking about Premier placement or our receptionist service — we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone and message). Patient messages are forwarded to the practice you selected and to us for delivery and quality purposes. Claim and practice inquiries are used to contact you about your listing or the services you asked about.
