These terms cover your use of CosmoSurgeons, a directory of cosmetic and plastic surgeons operated as a service of ADTIVO ("we," "us").

The directory is information, not a recommendation

Listings are compiled from publicly available professional sources, including the U.S. National Provider Identifier registry. A listing is not an endorsement, ranking or recommendation of any surgeon, and inclusion does not verify a provider's credentials, board certification, or quality of care. Always verify a provider's credentials and licensing yourself before choosing a surgeon. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and using this site creates no doctor–patient relationship with us or with any listed provider.

Premier placement

Some listings are marked "Premier." Premier is featured advertising placement — most Premier practices pay for their featured position, badge, and enhanced profile, and a small number of launch placements are complimentary. It is always labeled, and it does not mean we rank those surgeons' medical skill above others.

For listed practices

• Basic listings are complimentary. You may claim your listing to correct and complete it; we verify claims by phone before handing over a listing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to your listing.
• You may ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time.
• Premier listings and the AI voice receptionist service are provided month to month under the terms agreed when you sign up, and may be cancelled at the end of any paid month.

Messages through the site

When you send a message to a practice through this site, you agree that we may forward it to that practice together with the contact details you provided, so they can reply to you. Do not send sensitive medical details through directory forms — contact the practice directly for anything private.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false claims or information, impersonate a practice, harvest listings for spam, or interfere with the site's operation.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that public-source data is current or complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to this site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies from the date shown above.
